ARMS : Abstracts Reviewing and Management System

ARMS is a Web based collaborative tool designed for Organisers, Technical and Program Committees of conferences, to ease abstracts evaluation, conference and courses programme compilation, proceedings compilation:

• for Reviewers : facilitate abstracts reviewing and evaluation by providing a unique interface, accessible world wide, enhancing the degree of professionalism of your conference organization;
• for the Technical Chairmen: facilitate abstracts management and evaluation synthesis, including communication with Authors, significantly reducing tedious tasks;
• for the Program Chairman: completely supports him from A to Z for building up the technical program, ensuring consistency of its derivatives (public program on Web, printed version, proceedings), reducing the risks and the leadtime between the deadline for final papers delivery and the launch of printed or CD proceedings.

Authors interface easily with the system to submit abstracts and deliver successive versions of their final paper.

The User Interface is available in English, Chinese (*) and French.

(*) The Chinese traduction, which was performed by Ms Elisha Xue of Foxit Software in Fuzhou, is partly available from July 2010. Some elements still need be translated (training courses, calendar).
